    By accessing and using omniFIRE by APIWORX ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    omniFIRE by APIWORX provides AI-powered product catalog management and optimization tools for e-commerce sellers. The Service includes product import from Shopify and WooCommerce, AI enrichment capabilities, and integration with Temu marketplace.

    3. User Accounts

    To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
    • Maintain the security of your password and account
    • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    4. AI Credits and Usage

    AI enrichment features consume AI credits. Each product enrichment costs 1 AI credit. Credits are charged based on your subscription plan. You are responsible for monitoring your credit usage and ensuring sufficient credits are available for your operations.

    5. Subscription and Payment

    Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree that:

    • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
    • You will provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
    • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
    • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
    • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
    • Upload malicious code or viruses
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

    7. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your product data and content.

    8. Third-Party Integrations

    The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Temu). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, downtime, or data handling.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by APIWORX, LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall APIWORX, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
